Silver Wolf Clan by Tara Shanley

                                          5 star Rating

Loving him will be legendary...if she can survive it.

What happens when monsters turn out to be real? One summer night while camping in the woods, Morgan Carter finds out in a big way. A tall mysterious stranger, Greyson Crawford, risks his life to try and save her sister from the vicious wolf attacking their camp. When he’s bitten and disappears into the night, Morgan can only assume the worst.

Greyson shows up a year later, and he’s a different animal altogether. His eye color shifts constantly and the rumble in his throat sounds more animal than human. She hasn’t any idea where he’s been all this time, but a good guess as to what he’s become.
Grey is determined not to let the darkness of his new existence affect Morgan and the little girl in her care. He hasn’t been able to stop thinking about Morgan but knows he should stay away and let her live a normal life. That’s easier said than done, though. A new danger pulls him from the shadows to keep her safe, and he’s no wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Can she accept what lurks just below his surface? More importantly, can she survive him?

My Review
I was given a copy of this for an honest review. This was a beautiful start to the series. It goes a long way to explain how the series is going to be played out and I for one love it. The story line is strong and the book commands your attention. This isn't your typical werewolf story line , it doesn't play by the same rules as others of this type do. What I loved about this book was the inner fight between the wolf and man or woman instead of being one together they seem to have completely different personalities. This is well worth the read keeps you on your toes. It will give you the suspense you need and also the love story to go with it. I cant wait for book 2
This story follows Grey and Morgan at the start of the book we learn how Grey gets changed and how come he acts the way he does . He doesn't realise there are more like him around and feels like he is completely alone in the world . He doesn't have control over the wolf within and cant keep a job due to the fact that wolf is uncontrollable , Grey lives in a run down home and doesn't live the way others do . When his path finally comes across Morgan once again he finds himself obsessed with her , he feels he needs to keep her safe and starts to think of her as his own , Once she is attacked this bring Grey into the picture and she soon remembers who his is to her and she cant fit the feelings she has for him . The storyline picks up now and I have no need to give it away but it really is a sweet book . Well worth the read .
