This book follows the story of two best friends who lets just say like to pick up very random women and share , At first I didn't think I liked the friends they didn't seem to have any worth of value towards any woman what so ever . Slade came across as a very quick and brooding type of male , he is very one word answer type of guy who doesn't seem to take an interest in anything but riding the next bull . Mustang is the play boy type who doesn't seem to mind who or what he picks up , yep this was a typical cowboy lol .
What I loved about this story was the fact that the main female heroin is actually an author who seems to be stuck in a hole for the next plot of her story , she is pushed outside of her comfort zone to write about something she has no idea what is what . That is what puts her at the professional bull-riding circuit . The boys seem to notice her as a challenge even before she has a chance to talk to them . The poor girl doesn't stand a chance at all with these two friends .
I loved at the start of the book it goes into describe the boys and how they work as a unit to pull in the girls for there one night stands . I Couldn't help but laugh at Slade during this first encounter. He just walks in straps a condom on and enters the girl from behind as she is taking care of Mustang . Not a word to her doesn't even know the poor girls name , Gets himself off and then just pulls out to watch the rest of the show . You soon work out that all is not as good as it should be for poor Slade .
That is until the lovely romance author walks into the professional bull-riding circuit to get all the research she can for her up coming novel about bull riding cowboys . This story line is fantastic with the real feel to it . It doesn't disappoint , the characters are strong and you feel like you know them .
The author introduces you to new men in the book and keeps you feeling like you are at the championship cheering on all the men and hoping for your favourite to take the win . I laughed a lot though the book , I was also frustrated along with some of the main players in the book
